The research for the listing is based on 2019 financial performance and comparative measures.
In 2019, Xpediator recorded substantial increase in revenues by 19.0% to £213.2 million. Looking forward the Group also continues to seek acquisitions and recently acquired NIDD Transport in October 2020. Nidd, based in Ripon (North Yorkshire), specialises in daily express deliveries to mainland Europe by road with particular focus on France, Spain, Portugal and Germany as well as a providing a strong UK distribution platform particularly in the North of England – a complementary acquisition with immediate cross-selling opportunities and a natural fit with the Group’s existing operations.
